IS
GOD LISTENING?
A
story inspired by true events
Marc
is a wimpy teenager who hardly anyone cared about. Many friends hate
him, so he is usually a loner. Every night, he prays to The
Almighty God
so he could start having friends and also ask The
Lord
to give all life on Earth long lifetimes, happy memories, et cetera.
But most of all, he was very afraid to land in HELL,
the realm hotter than the insides of Mount Vesuvius and darker than
the Alcatraz prison at nighttime. The chance of escaping HELL
would probably be a trillion to 0,1. No human ever had a wish to be
cast away into the deep treacherous chambers of this dark underworld.
Life in that place would probably make the life of a WW2 soldier look
like a multiplayer online match of Battlefield 3. Anyway, we now know
that Marc prays for the universe’s safety and for the dead to
safely live in Heaven
every single night but doesn't realize that The
Almighty One
has already granted his prayers until one day. On that day, in
school, Marc got bullied by some troublemakers. “Jeez, Marc, you
are such a dork!” “Yeah, maybe from now on we should start
calling him 'Geek Boy'!” “HA
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA...-”
After school, Marc felt real pissed. He knew he wasn't a strong guy
who could stand up to a posse of muscled teens, but he just wanted to
get revenge. That's when he realized that God
had actually answered his prayers. Yes readers, I know it's very
weird, but Marc soon realized that God
had helped him, but in a strange way: He claimed that The
Almighty One
must have somehow make the bullies inadvertently help Marc resist
them . Marc guessed that if he attempted to counterattack the bullies
he would make a sin and lose the fight anyway. Soon he realized that
God
really had granted his other prayers as well. He
had accepted the prayer sent by Marc that most of the world's
population could still live on, and other things Marc asked for in
his prayers. If God didn't answer the Earth's prayers, we would be no
more. From that day on, Marc truly believed in Him
and continued to help other people (and himself) with doing good
deeds. He grew up to be a priest and died at the age of 103. Guess
The
Great One
really granted his prayer. To all the readers out there, don't
believe that He
never listens to any of our prayers. If your prayers don't get
granted, it's probably because you haven't tried your best, so don't
give up praying to Him.

End
